About Us

After the passage of the 2018 Farm Bill, the legal hemp industry was granted permission to chemically modify CBD and create novel forms of THC that were previously unregulated. At Empire Labs, we saw this as a problem. We decided that the only way to fight back is by producing good ole’ Cannabis derived THC in quantities large enough that we can compete in price without needing to cut our product. This is why our brand Item No.9 was born, and its here to reintroduce cannabis extracts in their purest form.

We pride ourselves on the medicinal experience with our products as well as customer service for our patients and dispensaries. Every product we produce is handcrafted with solvent free ultra refined premium cannabis oil that goes through an extensive quality control process.
